Conditions for Publishing on the Judicial Institute Website

First: General Publication Requirements

1. The article must be within the legal or judicial field, or related to public justice policy or applicable legislation.
2. The material must be original and must not have been previously published on any website, newspaper, or journal.
3. The language and style must be sound, with adherence to proper grammar and a rigorous academic tone.
4. Ethical standards must be respected, and discriminatory, offensive, or politically controversial expressions must be avoided.
5. The article must be between 400 to 2000 words, unless otherwise agreed.
6. All sources and references must be cited using an accepted academic citation style.

Second: Submission and Publication Procedure

1. Articles must be submitted in Word format to the official email address of the Judicial Institute.
2. A brief biography of the author must be attached, including full name, academic title, job position, and phone number.
3. The Judicial Institute reserves the right to make necessary editorial and linguistic revisions without altering the substance of the article.
4. No financial compensation is provided for publication; this is considered an academic contribution within the Institute’s cultural mission.

Third: Additional Notes

1. Articles that contain political analysis or personal opinions that deviate from the academic nature of the platform are strictly prohibited.
2. Published articles reflect the views of their authors and do not necessarily represent the opinion of the Judicial Institute.
3. The article may later be republished by the Institute in its monthly bulletin, with proper credit given to the author.
