Practical Training for Judicial Institute Students at Al-Kadhimiya Court of First Instance
As part of the Judicial Institute’s commitment to enhancing the practical experience of its students and providing them with the opportunity to directly observe judicial proceedings, students of Courses (50) and (51) continue to implement their field training programs in the courts, contributing to the integration of theoretical study with practical application within judicial institutions.
Within this framework, students of Course (50) began implementing the components of their training plan through practical training at the Al-Kadhimiya Court of First Instance. During the program, they met with the judges supervising their training and closely observed the mechanisms of judicial work and the procedures followed in the management of civil cases. The students also held a meeting with the Chief Judge of the Court, during which the mechanism for implementing the training program was discussed, along with practical aspects related to the execution of the training plan. The meeting also provided an opportunity to listen to observations and guidance aimed at developing the students’ skills and enhancing their professional experience.
The training program also included a meeting with the Deputy Public Prosecutor supervising the students’ training, where discussions were held regarding the mechanisms for implementing the elements of their training plan and reviewing the nature of the activities in which the students participated during the training week. The meeting allowed students to present their questions and inquiries related to the legal and practical aspects of the work of the Public Prosecution. These inquiries were addressed and clarified in a manner that contributed to deepening their understanding of the applicable legal procedures.
The students’ training activities varied and included attending court hearings and observing the progress of cases, as well as sitting with the supervising judges to ask questions and benefit from their practical experience. In addition, they participated in certain administrative tasks related to the management of work within the court.
